QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Advising on the procurement route, methods and strategy.
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities by measurement of drawings and billing.
• Tender management
• Selection of contractors by assessing relevant experience, past performance, technical skills.
• Travelling from office to various sites as required.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals possible.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years’ experience working as Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean class 4 driver’s license a MUST.
