Job Description

Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Receiving Clerk to join the organisation and receive, inspect, record, and pack all inbound products in line with Cimas Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Liaising with Buyers and Stores Officer regarding anticipated inbound deliveries
• Unloading and offloading materials from incoming deliveries
• Inspecting all the contents for damages and quantity against the Goods Delivery Note and Purchase Orders.
• Receiving, rejecting, and returning wrong deliveries.
• Processing receiving documents and raises a Goods Received Voucher.
• Filing and maintaining receiving documents.
• Packing goods received in the Stores in line with Stores Officer's instructions.
• Identifying process flow bottlenecks and recommending improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

Key Competencies
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail to accurately verify quantities and product conditions against documentation. Basic computer literacy is required for data entry and using inventory systems. Effective verbal communication skills are also essential for clear interaction with Drivers, Supervisor and team members.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management (Desirable).
• At least one year of practical experience in a stores environment.
