We are looking for a young, energetic, and enthusiastic Receptionist (aged 18–25) to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable interacting with clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Engage clients in a friendly and persuasive way to promote services/products.
Handle front desk inquiries and convert them into sales or leads where possible.
Manage front desk activities including receiving deliveries, mail, and messages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, and data entry.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide information and assistance to clients and staff as needed.
Represent the company positively through good appearance, conduct, and attitude.
Requirements:
Female, aged 18–25 years.
Minimum of 5 O’ Levels including English.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.
Energetic, persuasive, and sales-oriented.
Fast learner and eager to gain new skills.
Polite, professional, and presentable at all times.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
