A reputable Bed & Breakfast in Mutare is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Receptionist.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Operate the reception and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the business's social media platforms and respond to online enquiries.
• Handle basic administrative and cash-handling duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support the smooth day-to-day running of the B&B.
Qualification, Experience & personal attributes
The ideal applicant would possess the qualifications and attributes listed below
• Must be currently based in Mutare.
• Minimum of 5 O' Level passes, including English.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-groomed, customer-focused, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• An accounting or bookkeeping background will be an added advantage.
