*Key Responsibilities:*
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
- *Administration:*
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with office operations, including supply management and meetings scheduling

Requirements:*
- *Education:* Certificate or Diploma in related field.
- *Experience:* 1+ years of experience as a receptionist preferably in the *timber industry*
- *Skills:*
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
