Receptionist (Maternity Leave Cover)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Receptionist on a full-time, temporary basis to provide maternity leave cover from June 2026 to October 2026. The successful candidate will provide front office and administrative support in an efficient and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and other stakeholders in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
• Manage incoming telephone calls by answering, screening, and directing enquiries promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain a well-organised reception area and ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment at all times.
• Prepare invoices and quotations accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure that basic office records are properly organised and up to date.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements
• A degree in Marketing or another relevant qualification.
• Proficiency in the use of standard computer applications and office software.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare invoices and quotations accurately and efficiently.
• A patient, diligent, and hardworking approach to assigned duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
