Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following post:

REGULATORY SERVICES DEPARTMENT

JOB TITLE: Registry Clerk reporting to the Registrations Supervisor

12 months contract renewable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Registers Practitioners following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Renews practicing certifications following (SOPs)
• Maintains an accurate database of practitioners and institutions
• Provides prompt feedback to applicants on the outcome of assessments
• Maintains a proper filing system for registrations and renewals
• Attends to customer registration and renewal queries
• Receipt of registration emails and Interface with portal
• Receipt of walk-in clients and practitioners
• Resolution of basic registration queries and Escalation of queries
• Data capturing and updating of practitioners and institutions
• Despatching promptly practicing certificates to practitioners and new institutions
• Any other duties as assigned by the Registrations Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Information Management
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Excellent customer service skills, agility, innovativeness and proactiveness required
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Good listening skills
• Great attention to detail, Excellent Communication internal and external,
