A Bulawayo security company is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales and Administration person to manage administrative issues as well as our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will do administrative work, verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You may also be required to do rostering.

To ensure success, sales and administration person should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales and administration person should understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Administration person Responsibilities:

Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form

Dealing with queries on the phone and by email

Greeting visitors at reception

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms

Leads Sales and Marketing strategy formulation and coordination

Develop and implement innovative marketing and sale plans

Receiving and processing purchase orders.

Issuing sales transaction invoices.

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Compiling monthly sales reports.

Expediting orders through internal liaison.

Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Identifying new products to add to those on offer.

Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Qualifications and Experience

Sales and Administration Person Requirements:

An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or similar preferred.

Previous experience in sales or administration, or a similar role.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

clean class 4 driver's

Experience with industry software such as CRMs.

Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

A team player with high level of dedication

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Proffessional qualifications in relevant field is a plus
