Job Description
First Pack Services is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Interns to support our ICT business operations. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement within the fast-paced ICT sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and support sales pipeline development
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO)
- Provide customer service and manage client relationships
- Support product demonstrations and IT support services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Qualifications and Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, ICT, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in ICT solutions and digital transformation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage
