Job Description
Lindezi Travel and Tours (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing organisation in the Tourism Industry and is seeking to employ the services of a Sales Executive responsible for air ticketing, travel and tour.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Generating new customer leads through various channels.
2. Following up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
3. Ensuring attainment of turnover budget by hiring out vehicles to quality clients.
4. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients.
5. Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
6. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
7. Research the market trends and recommend new business opportunities (Gathering Marketing Intelligence).
8. Generating sales reports.
9. Participate in tender management processes.
Qualifications and Experience
1. A degree in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent.
2. At least two (2) years working experience in a similar role.
3. Clean class 4 Driver's licence.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Excellent analytical skills.
