JOB DESCRIPTION
A private school is looking to fill the position of the school headmaster. The candidate must be self-motivated, a good communicator, articulate, disciplinarian, modern, worldwide reader, and with a zeal for the success of the students and the country at large. The position is only available to well organized individuals with good managerial skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Any duties required for of a school headmaster such as but not limited to keeping the asset register, working with parents as well as teachers, Government Departments, maintaining order and grooming of children, Developing School facilities.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must be experienced as a senior teacher or deputy headmaster/ mistress at a private or boarding school. They must also possess relevant qualifications including a degree in education (a Masters is an added advantage) and any other managerial qualifications. The candidate must also provide at least two traceable references.
