Job Description

• Makes and receives outgoing and incoming calls
• Records messages and all outgoing telephone calls
• Processes all the outgoing mail
• Receives visitors, screens and directs them to respective offices
• Types and proof reads correspondences and materials
• Files documents as required
• Ensure cleanliness of the reception area
• And any other duties as assigned by the superiors
• Organizing and taking minutes
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Attending to telephone enquiries

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies
• 2 years relevant experience
• Good Public Relations
• Must be computer literate
