Job Description
Blackshark Protection Services is recruiting disciplined, reliable and physically fit Security Guards for deployment at various client sites across Zimbabwe.
Successful candidates will be responsible for protecting people, property and company assets while maintaining a professional and alert presence at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Control access to assigned premises.
Monitor the movement of people, vehicles and goods.
Conduct regular security patrols.
Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing and other security incidents.
Maintain accurate occurrence books, registers and incident reports.
Report suspicious activities and security breaches immediately.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and alarms.
Ensure compliance with site security procedures.
Provide professional assistance to clients, employees and visitors.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Be at least 25 years old.
Have an Ordinary Level certificate with at least one O-Level pass.
Possess a valid Zimbabwean National Identity Card.
Have a clean criminal record.
Be physically fit and able to work both day and night shifts.
Previous security experience or recognised security training will be an added advantage.
