Job Summary
We are looking for a mature, disciplined, and experienced Security Officer to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate carries themselves with professionalism, remains composed under pressure, and understands the weight of responsibility that comes with protecting people and property.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Safeguard company premises, staff, and property at all times
- Monitor and control access to the premises
- Conduct regular patrols and ensure overall site security
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies
- Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs
- Enforce safety procedures and company security policies
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a security or related role
- Valid Firearm Certificate (essential and must be in good standing)
- Recognised security or professional qualification
- Thorough understanding of use-of-force protocols and local security regulations
- Clean record — background verification will be conducted
- Physically fit, alert, and reliable
- Valid driver's licence is an added advantage
