SENIOR RADIO ACCESS NETWORK ENGINEER
Responsible for planning, deploying, integrating, optimising and maintaining Powertel’s LTE and 5G Radio Access Network.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications/Electronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
* Valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
* At least four years’ experience in LTE/5G RAN planning, deployment, optimisation or operations.
* Practical experience with RF planning, base station integration, optimisation and transmission connectivity.
* Experience with ZTE LTE/5G RAN or equivalent platform is an added advantage.
Key Competencies
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Sound understanding of LTE and 5G radio principles.
* Ability to conduct RF planning, site surveys and performance analysis.
* Ability to work independently.
* Good documentation and communication skills.
