Job Description

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Relevant Professional Cookery qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
• Sound understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to supervise junior kitchen staff.
