We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with Toyota standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive customers and accurately record vehicle concerns and service requirements
•Open and manage job cards in accordance with company procedures
• Provide clear explanations of work required, costs, and timelines to customers
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding job progress
• Liaise closely with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Prepare and explain invoices to customers upon vehicle collection
• Promote additional services and products where appropriate (upselling)
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Computer literacy (Dealer Management Systems experience preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Motor Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, or related field would be advantageous
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable dealership (Toyota experience is an added advantage)
• Strong technical understanding of motor vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
