Duties and Responsibilities
• To receive customers, understand customer requirements and book in vehicles for service or repair
• Maintain accurate customer service records by accurately recording vehicle challenges and planned corrective actions
• Develop cost estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour
• Ensuring customer complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved
• Ensure customers are updated on progress of service or repair of their vehicles at all times
• Ensuring that all warrant procedures are observedvm
• Ensuring that a database of all workshop clients is developed and maintained

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• At least Class 2 qualified Journeyman
• A Sales/Marketing qualification is an added advantage
• Class 4 Driver's licence
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude
