DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Service Delivery Coordinator in the development of a draft annual plan for service delivery in the province by submitting information on target sets.
- Assists the ZNFPC clinic in development of annual work plans for implementation of the service delivery component.
- Reviews implementation of plans with relevant supervisors and assists in problem identification and solutions.
- Draws up refresher course schedules annually, daily activity schedules monthly and annual leave schedules for submission to service delivery management.
- Analyses clinic records and ensures reconciliation of registers, cash and stocks.
- Ensures standards of client service and infection prevention measures are maintained.
- Oversees clinic management and supervision of clinic staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences
Nursing Administration.
- Diploma in General Nursing \(RGN\), Nursing Administration or Midwifery.
- 5 O’ Levels including English Language
- Valid Practising Certificate
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing clinical services
