Role Summary: We are seeking two highly analytical and meticulous Site Administration
Clerks to anchor our site-level financial and administrative controls. In a heavy-equipment
mining environment characterised by high inventory turnover and capital-intensive
operations, the Site Admin Clerk acts as the first line of defence in cost management. The
successful candidates will ensure airtight data capturing, strict inventory controls, and
accurate daily costing reports to feed seamlessly into head office financial reporting.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Diploma in Costing, Cost Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in a mining, heavy manufacturing, or contract
engineering environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting principles, inventory reconciliation, and
financial data capturing.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet management and familiarity with modern
accounting softwares/ERPs.
