Job Description

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media and Graphic Designer to manage our brand's presence across all social channels while creating stunning visual This role requires a unique balance of design expertise, photography editing skills, and a strategic understanding of how to drive engagement and followers across different social platforms. The ideal candidate will be the visual voice of our company in the digital space.

Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Management
• Content Calendar: Develop, manage, and execute a dynamic social media content calendar that aligns with auction schedules, property launches, and overall marketing goals.
• Daily Engagement: Manage daily posting, story creation, and community interaction across all primary channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral or timely content.
• Platform Optimization: Ensure all social profiles are fully optimized, reflective of current branding, and utilize features native to each platform (e.g., Reels, carousels, live streaming).
• Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and provide regular reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation
• Social Graphics: Design and produce all visual assets specifically for social media, including engaging feed posts, Stories, cover images, and paid social ad visuals.
• Image Editing: Professionally edit, retouch, and optimize photography of real estate listings and auction items for use on social media, ensuring all visuals are high-impact.
• Template Design: Create a consistent set of design templates for various social media campaigns (e.g., "Just Listed," "Auction Day," "Expert Spotlight") to streamline content production.
• Branding: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines in all digital designs to ensure a unified and sophisticated brand experience online.
• Motion Graphics (Bonus): Create simple animated graphics, GIFs, or short video edits for increased engagement on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills
• Design Expertise: Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) focused on digital and screen design.
• Social Platform Mastery: Deep, current working knowledge of content best practices, formats, and algorithms for major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Visual Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to create highly engaging visual narratives tailored for social media consumption.
• Photo Editing: Proficiency in retouching, color correction, and optimizing high-resolution photography for fast loading and maximum impact online.
• Copywriting: Excellent skills in writing concise, catchy, and on-brand captions and calls-to-action for social media posts.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent specialized experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience managing and designing content for corporate social media accounts, preferably in the real estate, auction, or luxury sectors.
• Portfolio: A compulsory, specialized portfolio showcasing exceptional social media content design, campaign execution, and creative use of social platform features.
