Job Description
Our Client in the entertainment industry is looking for qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Stock Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock in accordance with company procedures
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking
Maintain accurate stock records, including issues, transfers, and returns
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
Investigate and report stock variances, losses, or damages
Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of stock
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and management regarding stock requirements
Prepare stock reports for management review
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification in Stores Management, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Stock Controller
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
Good knowledge of stock control systems and procedures
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work under minimal supervision
