National Cranes & Equipment is inviting applications from qualified and organized individuals for the role of Stores Clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience managing workshop and machinery parts inventory, and must be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.
Receive, issue, and record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual and digital systems.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering of essential parts.
Liaise with suppliers for quotes and order follow-ups.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and security of all stock items.
Prepare periodic stock reports and support internal audits.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or equipment sector.
Knowledge of machinery parts and workshop stock management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory software is an advantage.
5 O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
Certificate or diploma in Stores Management or Procurement is a plus.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in the relevant field
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Being multi-skilled and top of your toes will be an aided advantage.
