Job Description

We seek to engage a qualified and experienced individual to join our Stores and Procurement team in Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinating dispatches so as to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods and vehicles.
2. Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, supplies and equipment.
3. Issuing items from stores, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation.
4. Maintaining accurate and up to date records of inventory, issuance and receipts.
5. Ensuring that the area is safe, secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
6. Labeling and stock arrangement.
7. Participating in stock taking.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Minimum of a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply chain management or Accounting.
2. At least 1 year working experience in Stores.
3. Experience in using Pastel would be an added advantage.
4. Good numerical and analytical skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
