We seek to engage a qualified and experienced Stores Controller to be part of our stores team in Bulawayo.
1. Maintenance of accurate Stock records.
2. Ensuring maximum security in Stores.
3. Timeous requesting of stock items to buyer.
4. Ensuring that all Stores procedures are followed to the book.
5. Recommending maximum and minimum stocking levels to avoid stock-outs.
6. Ensuring good housekeeping and order in the Stores section.
7. Producing weekly and monthly stores management reports.
8. Supervision of the Stores team.
1. HND/Degree in Purchasing and Supply chain management *or* an Accounting degree coupled up with relevant experience.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the supervision/management of the stores function.
3. Knowledge of pastel and demonstrated ability to use computer packages.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Good ethical and moral values
