Responsible for inventory, recording stock movement, and handling daily receipts and issuance of materials. Key duties include inspecting deliveries, organizing stock storage, and conducting stock counts.
Receiving and inspecting of materials.
Stock control-issuing materials based on approved forms and updating inventory records
Organizing-Store materials safely in assigned bin allocations and keep the stores clean.
Reconciliation-Conduct periodic /perpetual stock counts and report missing or damaged materials
Reporting-Track slow-moving or obsolete stock and share status report with immediate superior
Minimum Diploma in Stores Management or Degree in Supply Chain Management with specializing in Stores Management or Procurement.
Experience: At least two years in stores, inventory control or stores keeping role.
Ability to lift heavy goods.
High integrity, strong attention to detail and good communication skills
