The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy, Risk & Compliance Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organisational strategy while strengthening enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and integrated management systems.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, a structured approach to risk, and proven experience in compliance and systems development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Formulation & Execution
• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of organisational strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans, KPIs, and initiatives.
• Track performance, evaluate execution risks, and drive corrective actions.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
• Develop and maintain an enterprise risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Maintain risk registers and report on risk exposure to executive management.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
• Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and compliance controls.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory engagements, and management reviews.
Systems Development & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure systems are aligned to organizational strategy and support effective decision-making.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and control frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
✓ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Risk Management, Actuarial Scinece or a related field.
✓ At least 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or strategic planning.
✓ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✓ Demonstrated track record in strategy formulation and execution, risk management and regulatory compliance
