VACANCY: STUDENT ATTACHÉ – MARKETING

Ripple Capital is a fast-growing financial services and microfinance company
committed to providing innovative and accessible lending solutions to individuals and
businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Student
Attaché to join our team and gain hands-on industry experience.
This attachment opportunity is ideal for a student who is passionate about marketing,
sales, branding, digital communication, and financial services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow Ripple Capital’s social media platforms
• Create marketing content (graphics, posts, captions, short videos)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support field marketing activities and activations
• Generate leads through digital and field marketing efforts
• Engage prospective clients and explain Ripple Capital products
• Assist in following up on leads and converting them into approved clients
• Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
• Help track campaign and sales performance and prepare reports
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Currently studying towards a degree/diploma in Marketing
• Attachment letter from a recognized tertiary institution
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
WhatsApp, TikTok)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools are an added
advantage)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, target-driven, and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
