Job Description
The successful candidate must have systems thinking and problem solving mentality leading to development of innovative processes to address the pain points of users and clients
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing digital channels with technical support
Building and maintaining of strong relationships with clients
analyses and documents the future and proposed business processes
researches and recommends appropriate new business models and products
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Computer Science/Information systems/software engineering
2 years relevant experience in financial services industry or similar environment
problem solving skills
excellent team working spirit
ability to work under pressure
