This role is individually accountable for managing the Agriculture team over periods in order to maximize productivity.
Key Result Areas
Manages daily operational deliverables (clients and administrative) within the Agriculture Insurance department.
Delivers, maintains and enhances service standards and work quality.
Uses specialist technical knowledge to assess Agriculture claims for the business.
Grows the Department through strong relationship management with business suppliers in the Agriculture Insurance space.
Manages staff in the Agriculture Department.
Requirements:
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
An Agriculture (Crop Science) degree plus C.O.P or Insurance and Risk Management/AIISA/ACII or equivalent.
2 years' Agriculture claims handling experience.
2 years' Agriculture underwriting experience.
