Dalkeith Engineering is looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor with a strong background in mechanics to join our team! If you've got a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a technical edge, we want to hear from you .
- Provide top-notch technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues
- Work closely with our workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
- Process and manage customer complaints and feedback
- Identify and escalate issues to relevant teams (e.g. workshop, suppliers)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills
- Diploma in Motor Mechanics or related field
- Hands-on experience in mechanics
- Previous experience as a Technical Customer Service Advisor is a must. No chancers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
