Job Description
Preferably candidates who reside either Midlands OR Masvingo . Responsible for coordinating & supplying technical support to corporate customers (non-contract growers) & existing CSR projects. Visits customers based on system estimate schedule at least 3 times per cycle and fills in pre-placement checklist, brooding checklist & mid-cycle checklist. Visits and/or meets with potential customers to ensure all requirements are met as per Housing Manual & Broiler Production Manual. Advises potential & existing customers on equipment & vet products purchase. Provides immediate feedback and technical support to customer when checklist shows NC issues. Tracks performance weekly based on figures received from customers. Responds to all customer queries/complaints immediately and troubleshoots or escalates when needed. Gathers market intelligence & communicates on Technical Team platform immediately to report any market knowledge/intelligence. Follows up on NC issues with customer when needed. Escalates any issues when unable to solve it to Zimvet, Superior and any other relevant 3rd parties. Compiles weekly technical sales report following template and submits to Chicks Sales Exec. Attends various training, agricultural shows and conferences to stay up-to-date with current and trending technical knowledge. Provides technical information to internal magazine quarterly and to social media platforms when requested. Supplies technical support to existing CSR as for corporate customers. Receives excess chicks numbers to sell from Chicks Sales Exec and sells them to relevant customers. Responsible for broiler management, biosecurity & product knowledge training. Assists in creating training material. Organises corporate training schedule yearly. Sets up & conducts corporate training as per schedule. Conducts ad-hoc site training with corporate & CSR customers. Creates training material/lecture for university of Zimbabwe. Conducts Distributors & CSR training as requested and when needed. Completes a training report after each training and submits to Chicks Sales Exec. Extent of Discretion; Incumbent; Chicks Sales Executive approves. Receives complaints via direct calls & through Chicks Sales Admin and communicates with customer immediately via phone or visit. Escalates any issue with Superior and/or Zimvet when unable to resolve it or when further investigation is needed. Follows up on complaints to ensure corrective action has been taken. Compiles complaints summary in weekly report. Salary ZWL$100k plus and Benefits - 50% med aid ,company car and fuel.
