Job Description

Purpose of the job

An opportunity for training has arisen within BancABC. We are targeting “A” Level school leavers to train as Relief Tellers

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Work Experience

• 5 “O” Levels including Mathematics and English
• 2 “A’ Level Passes
• Age minimum is 20 years
• No work experience required

Skills and Competencies:

• Good problem-solving skills, inquisitive mind, ability to listen, understand and to timely respond to customer queries.
• empathetic, ability to diffuse and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
• Friendly, cheerful and well groomed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Strong time Management skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic cultural environment

There will be two centres for training that is Bulawayo and Harare.
