Job Description
VS Security, one of the leading security companies in Zimbabwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the above stated position.
Job summary
VS Security is looking for a qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above vacancy. The Transport and Logistics Officer shall be responsible for inspecting vehicle health in adherence with safety standards, delegating work assignments to drivers and overseeing the fleet of VS Security.

The position reports to Operations Manager, will be responsible for:
Allocate pool vehicles to users for optimal use
Ensure that vehicles are roadworthy, serviced, licensed, branded, and
stored safely.
Liaise with departments for replacements vehicles and process
orders as per requests
Obtain quotations for minor vehicles damage due to accidents and
obtain the relevant reports from users
Compile reconciliation of vehicles, kilometres, and daily expenditure
Investigate and provide reports on vehicle accidents.
Ensure that vehicle inspection is performed at regular intervals.
Ensure the responsible use of vehicles by employees.
Manage vehicle insurances
Perform any other duty relating to keeping the fleet in go
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum requirements
At least five years proven experience with an appreciation of Zimbabwe Road and Traffic Laws and Mechanical trade skills.
Defensive Driver's License is a must.
A National Diploma or a degree in Supervisory Management/Transport Management or related
field any relevant field is an added advantage.
