About the Vimbiso Scholarship Trust Fund The Vimbiso Scholarship Trust Fund is an initiative of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ). It was established to bridge the financial gap for underprivileged students who have a passion for accounting, helping them secure university degrees and successfully journey toward qualifying as Chartered Accountants (CAS).
Duties and Responsibilities
What the Scholarship Covers:
» Full Tuition Fees at any recognized tertiary education institution in Zimbabwe for an undergraduate degree in Accounting.
» Placement Assistance within registered training offices to complete your practical articles of clerkship
» Professional Pathway Support and guidance toward achieving full ICAZ membership.
Qualifications and Experience
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for resilient, high-achieving Zimbabwean students from less privileged backgrounds who meet the following criteria:
» Academic Excellence: A minimum of 13 points in commercial subjects at Advanced Level (including Mathematics).
» Career Ambition: A clear desire and commitment to qualify as a CA(Z).
» Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership qualities in school or community activities.
» Financial Need: Verifiable proof of requiring financial assistance to pursue tertiary education.
