Job Description
We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
2. Testing and improving the design of the website.
3. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
4. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
5. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for
clients.
6. Working with different content management systems.
7. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and
wireframes.
8. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
9. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
10.Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Qualifications and Experience
1. A relevant certificate/diploma/degree in related field
2. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and
CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
3. Good understanding of content management systems.
4. Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
5. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
6. Excellent visual design skills.
7. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
8. Creative and open to new ideas.
9. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
10 Excellent communication skills.
