Job Description
The purpose of this assignment is to engage a qualified supplier to provide website hosting services that ensure the Mashambanzou Care Trust website is accessible, secure, goes with current trends, is appealing and performs efficiently at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
- Provision of reliable web hosting services with a minimum uptime of 99% or higher
- Hosting of MCT’s official website and related subdomains
- Website security including SSL certification, backups, and malware protection
- Training and equipping MCT staff with skills to run the website (update information, blog
management and real time posting)
- Technical support and server maintenance
- Domain management and migration support where applicable
Qualifications and Experience
