Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Assistant Accountant as requested in addition to offering support to the sales team

Duties and Responsibilities

• Petty cash management
• Cash book capturing and processing
• Creditor’s reconciliation
• Debtors follow up
• Assist in asset register management
• Stationery management
• Receiving all incoming calls and routes them to targeted person
• Facilitating telephone sales and marketing
• Receiving clients/visitors and directing them to correct offices
• Assisting sales team by issuing out all clients with signed receipts

Qualifications and Experience

- At least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 2 years experience in the same field
- Bulawayo residents to be given first preference
