Job Description

Responsible for all Production Centre Administrative issues like accounting for stocks, Sets up appointments, schedules meetings, distributes reports and manages the correspondence between the office and external bodies.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Compiles, maintains and updates administration records at the Depot.
 Sets up appointments, schedules meetings, distributes reports.
 Coordinates all administrative issues.
 Sorts and files manual documents/correspondence both manual and electronic.
 Types letters, reports and other documents
 Handles cash transactions including petty cash and canteen floats
 Accounts for stocks and other resources
 Assists in the managing employee welfare for Depot personnel
 Participates in Depot planning activities
 Manages the front office
 Performs any other work related duties as assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language, Mathematics or Accounts.
 Diploma in Administration or equivalent an added advantage.
 At least 1 year working experience in a similar position.
