• Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Hotel including occupancy, food and beverage and events/ banqueting
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities across various departments
• Handle guest queries, complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Participate in staff recruitment, training and performance management
• Manage inventory, supplies and budgets to meet operational requirements
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect guests, staff and hotel property
• Plan and oversee events held at the hotel, ensuring all logistical details are executed smoothly
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of managing food and beverages is an added advantage
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
