Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Back Office Clerk at our Bulawayo Branch. Qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Sells Bank products as per set target
2) Attends to customer queries and complaints
3) Process, scan, and file branch work including loan files & account opening forms
4) Train youths in financial literacy and business management as per set targets
5) Prepares weekly and monthly reports as required
6) Performs any other duties within the scope of the job
7) Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.
8) Performing clerical duties

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Banking & Finance or related Business degree
One-year experience as Back Office Clerk / Teller in a banking institution
