Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for running the branch as a business unit, ensuring:
- Revenue growth (corporate & domestic)
- High-quality project delivery
- Strong customer satisfaction
- Professional branch operations
Key Responsibilities
Performance Areas
- Drive sales (corporate, domestic & credit)
- Execute marketing initiatives to generate leads
- Manage technicians and sales agents
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality
- Maintain a clean, professional branch environment
- Ensure staff punctuality and discipline
- Monitor and report branch performance
- Revenue and sales performance
- Marketing initiatives and lead generation
-Quality of installations
- Client satisfaction (survey-based)
- Cost control
- Branch presentation and professionalism
Requirements
-Proven experience in sales, operations, or branch management
- Strong leadership and discipline
- Ability to drive results and meet targets
- Good communication and client management skills
- Experience in solar ,borehole or construction-related industries is an added advantage
- Experience of sales and marketing in the requested regions is a must
