About the Role
Are you an experienced finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of lending operations? Fundhouse Finance is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and oversee high-quality portfolio management at our branch.
In this pivotal role, you will supervise branch staff, ensure strict operational and regulatory compliance, drive client acquisition (with a strong emphasis on business loans), and maintain an optimal loan portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience
* 3+ years of progressive experience in microfinance, credit management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior loan officer role.
* Strong background in business lending evaluation is required.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
