Job Description
Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the below mentioned vacant posts which has arisen in the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct building inspections to ensure that all Civil Engineering Construction Structures are in accordance with the approved plans and designs, comply with model building by-laws and Muzarabani RDC by- laws and Civil Engineering statutes
Attend to queries from residents on all building matters
Serve notices to owners of illegal structures and make follow ups to ensure compliance
Compiling and submitting reports to the Civil Engineering Technician
Performing any other duties as directed by the Civil Engineering Technician.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Building Construction/Civil construction, specialising in structural engineering or class 1 builder's qualification from reputable technical institution/college
At least one year hands on experience in the public sector
Computer literate
