We are a leading manufacturer with a diverse and innovative product portfolio, and we're seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to identify new horizons and forge powerful connections. If you're motivated by the chase, the close, and cultivating long-term value, this is your role.
You will be the key driver of our expansion, responsible for uncovering new opportunities, building relationships with major clients, and strategically growing our market share. This is about seeing the big picture and executing the plan to get us there.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your Key Role:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target new business opportunities and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, from initial contact to negotiated close.
• Understand client needs and effectively present our wide range of manufacturing solutions to create compelling value propositions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and product development.

Qualifications and Experience

What You Bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
• A strong hunter mentality with a documented track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
