Job Description

The following positions have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
WORKS DEPARTMENT
a. CHARGEHAND BRICKLAYER- GRADE 9 (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans, inspects and estimates works.
• Ascertains that quality control and production control measures are in place.
• Supervises construction and maintenance works.
• Interprets building plans.
• Compiles reports for ongoing works.

Qualifications and Experience

2. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
• A Skilled Worker Class 1 in the Trade of Bricklaying.
• A National Certificate in Bricklaying.
• A clean Class 4 Driver's Licence.
3. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• At least 4 years' experience in similar working environment.
