Reports Directly to Ward Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and supervise the main entrance to the building.
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct clients to appropriate service points within the facility.
Provide security at the entrance, ensuring only authorized persons gain access.
Monitor the movement of assets into and out of the building, liaising with security guards where necessary.
Ensure the reception area accommodates only clients/visitors waiting to be served.
Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Support a positive client experience during visits to the clinic
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 5 “O” Levels, including English.
• At least one year’s experience in customer service, security, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
