A leading Panel Beating company is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of repairs.
Coordinate communication between customers and the workshop. #vacancymail
Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare customer service reports.
Follow up with customers after vehicle collection to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Support the workshop and front office in delivering efficient, high-quality service.
Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in customer service, customer relations, or front-office operations.
Experience in the automotive, panel beating, insurance, or motor industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an added advantage.
Clean Class 4 Driver's license an added advantage
