Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic Customer Experience Officer to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, resolving service concerns and using customer insights to continuously improve how we deliver value to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients via calls, emails and in-person visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct aftersales follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of post-service issues.
• Collect and analyse customer data to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for service improvement.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Conduct client visits when necessary to strengthen relationships and offer personalised service.
• Build long-term partnerships with key clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Work with internal teams to streamline service delivery and improve response times.
• Develop a structured approach to gather, manage, and respond to customer feedback.
• Recommend service modifications based on customer input and market insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service, customer experience or client relations role.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• A valid driver's licence is a must.
• Familiarity with CRM software, email platforms and other customer service tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve issues.
• Experience handling customer data, tracking interactions and generating reports.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while remaining calm under pressure.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
