The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to support our operations. The role involves enhancing the execution of digital campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, improving customer engagement, and supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives. This role will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing activities while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
i. Digital Marketing Support
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Support the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Assist in managing paid digital advertising campaigns including social media and search engine marketing initiatives.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns through digital channels.
• Assist in coordinating marketing projects and campaign timelines.
ii. Social Media Management
• Support the management and optimization of company social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across digital channels.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to customer enquiries where necessary.
• Assist in growing online communities and increasing brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities.
iii. Content Development & Graphic Design
• Design marketing collateral including social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and email creatives.
• Assist in creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all visual and written content aligns with company brand guidelines. • Adapt creative content for various digital and print formats.
• Assist with basic motion graphics and video editing projects.
iv. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
• Track campaign performance across digital channels.
• Compile campaign reports and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor website, social media, and digital advertising analytics.
• Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Support data collection and reporting for management decision-making.
v. Brand Management & Marketing Support
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Assist in organizing company events, activations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Support sales initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to execute marketing initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases and digital assets.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of social media management and digital marketing platforms.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
